Die bekannteste einheimische Pflanze auf Kythira ist die Sempreviva mit ihrer pr\u00e4chtigen dottergelben Farbe (Helichrysum orientale (L.) Gaertner).<\/p>\n<p>Gestern unterhielt ich mich mit zweien unserer Wanderg\u00e4ste aus der Schweiz. Sie sind grosse Liebhaber und Kenner von Orchideen. Kein Wunder, waren sie begeistert, als sie auf auf ihren Wanderungen Orchideen entdeckten. Einige bl\u00fchten sogar an Strassenr\u00e4ndern &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten zwei Monaten waren allerdings noch mehr Wanderer begeistert von der enormen Vielfalt von Feldblumen. Nat\u00fcrlich ist der Fr\u00fchling die beste Saison f\u00fcr Blumenliebhaber. Ich rate ihnen immer, die website von Stavroula Fatsea zu besuchen. Diese Inselbewohnerin f\u00fchrt einen Blog mit wunderbaren Fotos von Blumen und Pilzen auf Kythira. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich fehlen hier auch die Orchideen nicht.
