De Nederlandse ingenieur Jurgen Koksma, samen met een team van Nederlandse vrijwilligers, heeft tien jaar lang met eilandbewoners samengewerkt om het eiland verder te ontwikkelen (waterleiding, bosbouw, educatie, havenbouw). Foto\u2019s, documenten en tekeningen geven een prachtig beeld van Kythira in de jaren \u201960.
