Het voetpad (in Grieks \u2018monopati\u2019) heeft de naam \u2018Petros Kalligeros Trail\u2019 gekregen \u2013 genoemd naar de veel te jong overleden eigenaar van de dorpswinkel in Avlemonas.<br \/>\nHet is een prachtige route van 6 km. rondom de heuvel van de Agios Giorgis Kerkjes. De talloze uitzichten langs de oostkust, over de zee en naar de Dragonera eilandjes, zijn adembenemend. Het spreekt  voor zich dat je deze route ook kunt beginnen in Diakofti. Na een aangename pauze, ofwel in Diakofti ofwel in Avlemonas, aanvaard je de terugtocht, dezelfde route volgend.
