In April 2022, we organised our first Kythira Orchids Holiday. Encouraged by the enthusiastic responses from the participants, we decided to organise this unique week again in the following years. And nowadays, the Orchids Holiday is part of our standard programme.
For 2026 we even have two weeks: March 30th – April 7th and April 7th – 14th.
On the island there are about 60 species of wild orchids. Early April is the best time to see the widest variety. Together with one of our orchid specialists, it is wonderful to discover as many orchids as possible and to find out more about the rich Greek flora. Click here for the programme.
