The grapes have been picked and pressed. The wine is in the barrels. During the last few days, wine grower Stathis Souris has been very busy harvesting the grapes, assisted by enthusiastic participants from the grape picking excursion. Can we talk of a success? Oh yes, Stathis is very satisfied with the results: in four days, they harvested 3500 kg of grapes with which he made 500 litres of wine. From the rest, he will distil in October about 1000 litres of tsipouro. So: stin yamas! We toast to an awesome cooperation which we are already looking forward to continuing in 2015.
